A SPECTACULAR SUCCESS THAT ATTRACTED THOUSANDS OF ENTHUSIASTS FROM THROUGHOUT QUEBEC

Saint-Hyacinthe, QC – The inaugural edition of the Saint Hyacinthe Outdoor, Hunting, Fishing & Camping Show unfolded this past weekend, captivating the hearts of close to 10,000 outdoor enthusiasts who traveled from near and far to experience a weekend filled with excitement, engagement, and celebration of nature.

Catherine Lapointe, Show Manager, expressed her delight with the overwhelming response, "The success was beyond our expectations, the public responded tremendously. We were fortunate to welcome visitors from the greater Montreal area, the Laurentians, Lanaudière, and up to 250 km surrounding area."

Visitor and Exhibitor Satisfaction
Patrick Campeau, the official spokesperson, echoed these sentiments, sharing, "An enchanted weekend where visitors were both interested and motivated in the diverse array of quality exhibitors who successfully resonated with all enthusiasts at the pace of their passion. Kudos to the entire organization and the speakers who undoubtedly helped the clientele rejuvenate and dream about their favorite activities." Michel Therrien, spokesperson, added, "Saint-Hyacinthe was a new destination for Chasse Québec and me, and quickly we observed a large turnout at our conferences, and this first experience was a success for us!"

Daniel Gilbert of Bête de chasse shared his enthusiasm, "It was a great show for the entire Bête de chasse’s team, a pleasure to see our fans during the event who responded in large numbers."

Interactive Experiences and Abundance of Prizes
The Saint-Hyacinthe show featured interactive and family-friendly activities that resonated with visitors of all ages. E-bike demonstrations, archery, as well as exemplary conferences were among the highlights that made this event unforgettable. Lapointe added, "Exhibitors who took a chance on the first edition have not regretted their decision. I heard many times that it was a success and that it reminded them of the good years in downtown Montreal."

Anticipation and excitement filled the air on Sunday afternoon as the time for the prize draws approached. We would like to express our deep gratitude to our valuable exhibitors who generously provided prizes for the draw, which undoubtedly contributed to the success of the event. • Our Grand Prize, an ARGO ATV, graciously provided by Garage Marcil, was won by Mathieu Gosselin.
• Sylvain Cossette won a boat courtesy of Chaloupes Commère.
• Josée Sauvageau won a kayak from Kayak Waapa (Distribution BMD).
• Martin Roy is the winner of the Dépôt Chasse Pêche prize.
• Fanny St-Sauveur won a kayak from Kayak Junky.
• Nadia Paquette is the winner of the paddleboard, also provided by Kayak Junky.
• Julie Bertrand won the $1,500 gift certificate for a rental from VanLife.
• Sarah Venne won the Owly Pack tent.
